Multi-discipline field services supporting operating facilities through routine maintenance, corrective work, small capital projects, and turnarounds. Our crews embed in client facilities under structured maintenance programs with defined KPIs, reporting cadence, and performance tracking — delivered through long-term service agreements built on reliability and continuous improvement.
Mechanical & Piping
Self-performing mechanical contractor delivering process and utility piping, equipment installation, tie-ins, and mechanical completion. Our teams execute across carbon steel, stainless, alloy, and specialty materials — with fabrication coordination, field installation, welding, bolt-up, testing, and commissioning support planned around safety, sequencing, and minimal disruption to operations.
Electrical & Instrumentation
Full-scope electrical and instrumentation services supporting power distribution, control systems, and plant automation. From power distribution infrastructure and MCC installations to instrumentation, control wiring, loop checks, and startup support — tightly coordinated with mechanical and commissioning teams to deliver reliable startup and long-term operation.
Capital Projects
Capital projects delivered as a self-performing general contractor — new facilities, expansions, and brownfield upgrades. EPC-style front-end planning paired with multi-craft field crews to maintain control over safety, quality, schedule, and cost. Greenfield construction, modular installations, and brownfield modifications within operating plants.
Civil & Site Work
Civil and site work supporting industrial facilities, infrastructure, and capital projects — earthwork, foundations, concrete, underground utilities, and site development with a focus on constructability, sequencing, and long-term asset performance. Brownfield work is planned around existing utilities and operating constraints to minimize disruption.
Soft Craft Services
Self-performed soft craft services supporting construction, maintenance, and turnaround activities — integrated directly into project execution to support safety, access, environmental protection, and asset preservation. Planned alongside mechanical and electrical scopes for proper sequencing, efficient access, and minimal rework.
